DELL ALEXANDER has been with the law firm more than 24 years and specializes in estate planning, preparation of Wills and trusts, administration of trusts, probate administration of decedent's estates, business formations, representing businesses, corporations and sellers and buyers of businesses, and real estate transactions.
An Albany, Oregon, native and third generation Oregon pharmacist, his father and grandfather owned and operated drug stores in Albany for almost fifty years. Dell attended public schools in Albany and graduated from Oregon State University in 1969 with a degree in pharmacy.
After serving as a Pharmacist in the U.S. Public Health Service in Washington, D.C. for two years, he returned to Oregon and worked as a Registered Pharmacist and attended Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Graduating in 1975.
Dell joined the Emmons, Kyle, Kropp & Kryger law firm as an associate in 1975 and became a partner in 1978. In addition to his work as a lawyer, Dell serves as office manager for the firm. He also is a member of the Oregon State Bar Business Law Section, Estate Administration Section, Real Property Section and Health Law Section and has served on the Executive Committee and as Chairman of the Business Law Section. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Oregon and the U.S. District Court of Oregon.
Dell has been married to Capi Alexander for thirty-two years and they have three daughters. Dell's other interests outside the firm involve serving as president of a local non-profit corporation, church member, travel, tennis, backpacking, bass fishing and golf.
